Thanks!! there are some pistons, cylinders and glow heads. Are so expensive but there are some new 020 parts.

I still believe that your engine has SOME compression. Are you SURE that there isn't an air leak caused by a missing head gasket or a loose cylinder head?? Never hurts to check those items before you spend money on replacement parts.

Overlooking the obvious is a common mistake by beginners.

I tried connecting a 1.5 V batery in the glow head and it doesn´t light. Someone reccomended to me cleaning the glow head. That´s what I´m going to do. if that don´t work, I have no chance to repair it and I have to buy a new glow head.

You can pick up a complete .020 PeeWee on eBay for $20-$30, just do a search for completed listings.

Something else must be wrong with that engine. Even with a leaky piston/cylinder fit, it should still run. Could it be leaking through where the glow plug is pressed into the head? I think a crankcase leak is more likely.

EDIT: I just read the latest in your other thread, so they do run, just not up to speed. That eliminates what I said about the plug leaking, but the crankcase is still a possibility. I'll limit any further diagnostics to the other thread since it's off topic here.

I know you are not very likely to want to but if you cannot find what is wrong you could send it to me for proper diagnosis and or to fix it, it is kind of hard to knew what is happening if you can't exactly see it.
Just though I would throw the offer out there.

Or if it would be much cheaper to send it to one of us in the US, there are several of us with the right stuff. I don't have any Pee Wee parts, but I can get them. So if no one else volunteers up here, I'd be happy to get it running for you.

I do also have a "parts" pee wee with good piston and cylinder so if the worst comes to the worst I could just swap it ouy.

I have a lightly used pee wee piston/cylinder and also pee wee short blocks if needed. Used piston/cylinder set $10 plus shipping. Used pee wee short block that includes a crank, drive plate, piston and cylinder for $17 plus shipping.

A first class international padded envelope shipping for a piston/cylinder set would be approxamately $3.74 to Argentina.

Thanks Guys! one question before send it to one of you. Do you recommend me to buy an RPM tester to see how it works the engine? Because finally I started the engine yesterday but I think the compression is not good.

If engine runs how are judging it's performance? With the engine running are you adjusting the needle valve to achieve maximum RPM? Running the engine with the NV "rich" will not develop the RPM's that you might expect.
