New castor oil calculator

New castor oil calculator
Folks --
I've rewritten the castor oil calculator (available from COX International) as a Windows application. Several of the planned features (printing and saving of the data) are not yet implemented, but the calculator is working. The downside is that it is an executable which makes it more difficult to serve over the web. If any of you would like to give it try, PM me with your email address and I'll send you the program.
It uses a slider to select the castor percentage that you want and updates the new mixture instantly. The advantage is that you can easily run "what ifs" with little effort.
I've attached a screenshot of the interface.

You can run windows on a Macintosh - Apples own BootCamp and Oracle's VirtualBox can help you set up a virtual system to run Windows on.

I know, I have seen it done before! I have also seen PCs run Mac OS "Hackintosh" LOL. I have always wanted to give it a try but haven't ever took any effort to do so. I was going to install it on an external drive so I don't end up filling my internal drive with extra crap. LOL
Re: New castor oil calculator
Mac OSx is just a nailed down BSD distro. BSD is another very Linux like Unix clone. Mac hardware has just been gash old iNtel for a decade or more. Hence, with a little effort you can run almost any current OS on anybodies PC hardware. Being a member of a very active Linux user group I see many Macs running Linux for instance.
