I could be wrong but I think it's the same as the TD09rc
Bernie had some non rc09 heads a few weeks ago.
I'm sure it would work if you want to run it.

Any 09 glow head will "fit", but you'll have too use several shims if you put on a regular TD09 head. I've got higher performance by using heads without the regular glow plugs in it.

The mufflers are very hard to find separately, and they are different from the 09RC ones.

I may have a muffler for sale for the .074 QB I have a complete engine that has a worn piston and cyl. But everything else is excellent! I have a buyer for the engine but he hasn't sent the funds. If he doesn't pay by this Friday, It will be up for sale again.

So sorry, I have been very busy! I definitely have 2 medallion .09 heads. Just need to find them.

I shipped out your .074 this morning via the USPS. The postal clerk said you should have it within 7 to 10 days and I refunded you $10.00 as the shipping was only $7.00 and not the $16.00 I was quoted by the USPS web site.

Let me know when you receive it,

09 wrench is what you need, which shouldn't be impossible to find. Just in case you've been looking for the mythical QB wrench set....

If you need to reset the piston, will also need the 09 tool. Which is, at least for now, as easy to find as unicorn poo.

an 09 wrench will fit correctly?? ok ill take your word for it

as for reseting piston its still new unrun engine i built from parts (new parts mostly) but ill search one out

its just i recently got a dead one im recycleing the head from wich seems well and truly stuck on the cly came off easly but its the head i need to swap over i tryed wraping cly and head with strips of leather an plyers but alass to no avail i just dont want to risk destroying this head..as its taken me litteraly years to find one...(frustration pluss)

does that make me a true Cox addicted?? (shakes head chucklin)

A bit of heat always helps...
If there are no flats on the cylinder you can cut some with a thin disk in a dremel.

Make your own tool out of some flat bar! Not too hard, hacksaw, file...work it to fit. Time consuming but worth it.

Common "mild" steel should do fine. Something nice and improved like a piece of angle iron bed frame (high carbon steel) would be tops.
