Lil Toot bipe power modification
I found that my recenly completed Goldberg ""Lil' Toot" bipe was WAY too nose-heavy with a BW .049 up front and flew not to my satisfaction.
I swapped the BW for a PeeWee .020 and the CG is much more in balance with the plane.
It was easy to convert but I did add a couple of 1/8" plywood spacer between the PeeWee and the firewall to allow the prop to clear the "chin" on the fuselage.
No fan of castor oil saturation I coated plywood firewall and spacers with clear finishing resin. Will try flying it ASAP.
I'm expecting a sharp little performer in the circle.
