Testors baby TC-2 and Joy models Stunt Runt plans
I was rummaging through a box that I got from my grandfather just before he passed on that I never opened and found a couple of plans for the Testors baby TC-2 and Joy Stunt Runt 1/2A bipe. The TC-2 is in good condition but the stunt runt while in tact is fragile. Whats the significance of these two plan sets? I know nothing about these two models. I plan on making a copy of the plans so I can build them so I won't damage the originals. Thanks for your input guys1 (Bandit)

Re: Testors baby TC-2 and Joy models Stunt Runt plans
Found a little history over on RCGroups:
I went crazy trying to find anything to do with the Stunt Runt. Eventually, I found that Joy Products was the original name for Balsa USA, and wrote to them. The owner was VERY helpful, and sent me the plans for the 09-powered version, built-up wings and fuse, but could not find the original plans for the 049 version.
Then I found out that Blackhawk Models was producing it as the "Navy Fighter". I ordered it, paid some heavy tolls to the marketer, the post office, and the Customs bandits, but now I finally had my Stunt Runt. The plastic cowl is a nice touch, and I cut away the fuselage canopy for the original shape. Because I got rid of glow engines in '68, I had to compromise a bit to mount my PAW 55, using an old Ace mount. I'm sure the 55 will generate far more thrust than the original Cub 049 did, and be quieter about it as well. Here it is ready for doping.
