Amazon blues
Always check your point of origin, or where the item is being shipped from. Got the muckety-muck run around from across the pond on a book that I ordered. Could only get it in paperback from a few vendors, and of course I picked the one that was in the UK. After a few back and fourth sessions by email, the gavel was pounded in favor and the book is on it's way,,,I think.
Once I threatened to pull the order and get my money back, they shipped the book,,Hmmm.

If you mean my brother in law's twin brother that would be a monkey. No offense meant to monkeys.
