I think buying and turning this place into a Hooters/Cox Museum/Hobby Shop/Gun Shop/Indoor Shooting Range/Indoor Flying Hall/Indoor Snow Park would not be easy or cheap!

you forgot to add the giant slot car track upstairs and koi pond by the outside bar, next to the....1/2a flying circle!
P.S. We put the shooting range in basement, farthest Quonset hut is indoor R/C field. Easy!
