I was lucky and able to pick this up brand new for 100.00. Have not decided if I am going to keep it or put it up on ebay to buy more old Cox planes to go with my collection.

From what I have seen, you should be able to double your money in a ebay sale, if you decide to sell. Otherwise it makes a really cool static display hanging from the ceiling.
You definitely have a superb model there.

I belive he sold that on eBay last month, went for about 250$ if I remember right.

Late to the game as usual...however back in 1984 I bought this because I thought it was too cool. Yup...been sitting for the last 34 years. Bought it because I considered it a "mate" to the Cox Phoenix Ultralight. Loved the Cox Phoenix Ultralight and bought that back in 1981 which has been also sitting. Long story about the love of Cox products starting back around the Christmas of 1959.
