I think that nose has been modified with a different cowl.
Rudder shape is also different. I searched all Fleet bipes but there is no plan of 1927 Fleet aircraft.

Leroy's doesn't have a radial, looks like a boxer of some sort and the tail is definitely different. Thanks for posting that photo. Any idea what the full tail number was?

I have no idea of tail number, searched but no reference.

I think that plane finished in cub yellow with red trim.

Looks yellow and red to me. Also looks like there's a muffler hanging out the bottom of the cowl too. That's a detail I could definitely include!
