Re: Nut goodies
Bob has some of my habits. I peel all kinds of food, beverage and booze plastic sticky labels off of packaging to decorate some of my orphans with.

Bob-- Necco (New England Confectionary Co.) went completely out of business a few months ago. Chalk it up to globalism.

That's kind of interesting Fred. I have to ask. What do they do when hit? Explode, or does the bullet just rip right through?

If your talking Necco wafers Fred, that's pretty good shooting as they are about quarter size. 15 yards, not a problem. 25+ - problem.
I heard they were going to keep selling Necco wafers, but that may have been before this shut-down. I buy the Skybars by the box 24 at a time. I limit myself to two a week, down to about seven now. Last year they were about $23 per box, now I think around $63. Soon to be gone forever.

Re: Nut goodies
NECCO WAFERS are fitted in a large round dowel rod with shallow saw blade kerf cuts at random angles....some present 90 degrees, but most are at some oblique angle and a few edge wise
I have never been able to cut a playing card....but an edge wise wafer is fat enough for me (off a bench)
the wafers poof powder...very reactive...sad to learn they are ka put
