Small Cox Logo Small Cox Logo Friends of CEF, I am friends with who for many years was Cox representative in Argentina, Mr. Carlos Menendez, because I am going to extend these photos, contracts that you can see there, with the intention that you know more about Cox and his World reach.
There you can see, contracts and dates of the formalities that were used there between the parties.
The photos of the Cox factory are unpublished! It is a visit from Mr. Carlos Menendez, to the different processes of Cox engines and products.

Small Cox Logo Friends, Carlos tells me that he will send me photos of his old place here in Argentina, also to share here.
It also gives me the sad news and anecdotal information that Mr. Dennis Rippin, who can see there that he signs one of the contracts, suffers an attack (attempt) on a flight that was traveling to Tokyo in the 1980s, part of the history of the people of Cox ... Small Cox Logo

What a beautiful piece of history Mauricio, thanks for posting. It was only a few months ago that I also stood in front of the tinted glass walls of the building in Santa Ana, but never had the opportunity to look inside and understand what the factory hall has transformed into. The front portion of the building houses today the County of Orange Social Services Agency...

The photos you shared show a factory that probably must have had its heyday before the photos were shot..I somehow fostered a different image in my mind on the place where the engines of ultimate precision have been produced.

On the other hand the max 50% price e discount range and 10% sales commission COX offered your friend speak about a very profitable business...

Like others said, if only I could have been there then...

Andras, you are right, the photos are from 1993, so the end was near then. I was trying to figure the era out by looking at the clothes and hair-dos of the people in the pictures, placed them in my mind in the turn of the 80s and 90s, and then I noticed the time-stamps in the photos Very Happy

The blonde lady reminds me of someone I knew back then Wink
