Sounds to me as a 4-stroker like my OS Max FS or similar? Nice video! I guess this Cairo is not in Egypt?

Yep---O.S. .91 four stroke.
This area of Southern Illinois is actually referred to as: "Little Egypt"...from some history trivia that escapes me right now, and thus names like Cairo and a few miles away, Thebes.
Considering the current condition of the town, it could just as fittingly be called Mogadishu.
