Looking for instructions
Does anyone have, or know where I can purchase, or make a copy of the Williams Brothers plastic Le Rhone rotary engine instructions?
Thanks.
Dave

Re: Looking for instructions
If I recall correctly, the owner of Williams may have passed away. Another relative took over the business and fell on real hard times. I remember him stating that he was having money issues and purchasing materials was very difficult. This wasn't his only business and this was being done as a side business. He wasn't going to throw in the towel and I'm absolutely certain the Covid situation didn't help. I've seen the real deal running and it really is a great sight to see. I believe they cut the ignition on and off to throttle and it just sounds great. Due to having to blip the ignition on and off from shut off to practically full power, the entire plane torques right. This makes it difficult to turn left in tight qtrs on the ground. You can sometimes observe the ground crews holding the left leading edge to stop the plane allowing it to pivot around on it's wheels.
