So many fuels out there...What should I use ?
What would be the proper nitro content for a cox .049 ?

15% at pretty much the lowest, 25-30% is most commonly ran. at least 20% oil, no less than half of the oil may be synthetic.

Sig has always been my go to fuel, when available. If an .049 plane performs marginally on 15% nitro even if optimally propped with a Tee Dee head, going to 25% has corrected that for me.
