Before I buy a new one from Bernie or Matt, I thought I would see if anybody had one here.

Mine is defective, threads are off. I can trade stuff too, I have a bunch of Cox wrenches.

Put Jb weld down in the crankshaft Drill small hole through exact center then run the proper tap though there; your threads probably aren`t completely messed up and the JB weld will build the rest of the threads up the tap should follow the threads. Original JB weld is Much stronger than JB quick and

There's ALLEGEDLY some better stuff out there than JB weld

Following info was found on http://www.hotrodders.com/forum/better-then-jb-weld-162146.html

"First off I must say I DON'T have any first hand knowledge about this product! BUT after reading the info on the link it sounds like GOOD STUFF! I thought I'd share with some guys that might find it useful.
http://www.belzona.com/prod1k.aspx"

another thing you can do is Flux and brass or whatever and braze that then drill then tap. I'm not a welder and I might be talking out of my keyster

The hole is bored at an angle instead of straight down the center, so you'd hit metal before you got the new hole all the way in. And it would always be out of balance. Welding would fill it with a metal of a different weight, so that won't work either. Not for a 20k RPM engine. It would probably work okay for a 16K Babe Bee.

Have you tried to run a stock crank on your application? What's the application.
