Saturday Oct 27 would be Carl Goldberg's 100 th Birthday. There is a suggestion that if you currently have a CG model that you fly it tomorrow.

Dang it!

I have plenty of Goldberg models, however I am hundreds of miles away from them. Would a build in process count? Very Happy

I'll ter to get the Li'l Satan aloft this week. I'm rebuilding my Jumpin' Bean right now. But I'll give it an extra pat on the butt when I go out to the shop!

For those who receive Model Aviation from the AMA, there is a neat tribute to Carl Goldberg in there. Ken

Ok then,

What I like most about Carl Goldberg kits is he produced a whole slew of 1/2A kits that were of decent quality and actually flew quite well. His larger stuff flies great too. The builds are simple and when new the kits were affordable. They are still popular kits years later and folks will pay stupid money for them. Thank you Carl!
