There are adapters for turbo plugs and Nelson plugs, but it doesn't look like any of those to me. Instead it looks like a DIY adapter, i.e. a cox head that has been drilled out and reworked to take a regular plug.

hat's my take on it too. The combustion chamber looks just like a Bee head. Probably lower compression with the extra recess though.

Hi Rusty, funny thing is you can't see the bottom of the plug.

Yeah, wasn't drilled all the way through. Uses a short plug. Not sure why wrench reliefs were cut into the second fin though.

It's been driving my CPU utilization up, particularly on one of my older machines --- I would kinda' like to see a spring thaw fairly soon.

Time for a January thaw I guess. I'll take it down. I was going to put it up before Christmas but completely forgot LOL.
