To me, it looks like a 4 stroke muffler. I couldn't comment on what brand or size as I don't use 4 strokes. Ken

Yes, it looks like an OS four-stroke muffler.

Looks like an OS Max 4 stroke muffler to me, judging by the pressure nipple size, I'm guessing a 40ish engine maybe.

I just realized I should have said how long it is. It is only 2 3/4 inches long.

The thread size is probably a better measure as that determines what it can easily be mounted onto. The OS .40-.60 is a 10mm thread, I think...
If you ask the question on RCU they can most likely help you there, it's not really cox related is it...?
