If you feel mildly adventurous you can cut a new one out of fresh material. Measure the thickness and go from there.

Yes I agree... You could trace the broken slide onto a square piece of sheet stock. First; drill the correct size hole (guage the hole for size; using the shank-end of a drill bit, to find the correct inside diameter) Carefully cut-out the part after drilling the hole. Note: sometimes it's better when drilling thin sheet-stock; to "sandwich" it (with clamps) in between 2 pcs. of thin wood to keep it from deforming when the drill bit "breaks through". You will get a cleaner hole this way... then you can trace the outline and cut out the part afterward.
