New Pee Wee with low compression?
First of all I'm sorry fort my bad english but I will do my best!
I assembled a new Pee Wee from parts and I was wondering about the low compression. I have two old Pee Wee's from ebay with much higher compression . Nevertheless the engine is running very well.
Does the compression increase with time? (I don't think so but... )
Another question: That one has a hex drive plate and I had to use a 0.020 Tee Dee starter spring because my other Pee Wee springs doesn't fit over it. Are there bigger springs with cam for the Pee Wee? I never saw one of them.

Re: New Pee Wee with low compression?
Check for leaks around the head. If the gasket is bad, or hard, or the head is loose then significant compression will be lost.
Since you say it runs well, it could be a relatively loose fitting piston and cylinder. When running at 19k+ RPM the piston moves so fast there is not enough time for the pressure to bleed off every cycle. The engine is fine. Running straight castor oil fuel (no synthetic oil) for a while might help since some varnish can be your friend.
