It still needs the tank and the control horn painting followed by another coat of fuel proofer (sprayed this time). I brushed the first coat around the engine and tank area.
The balance at the moment is between aft of the front wing root and the bell crank front lead out.
Any suggestions?

That's a good nose heavy place to start. Once you get her flying, gradually move the CG aft towards the front leadout.
