Phoenix scale/carrier/speed meet
I had a chance to see this beauty fly yesterday, very impressive.
There was a round of applause every time it flew. The twin four strokes sounded incredible, especially on taxi laps. Functions were controlled electronically from the handle, signal sent through shielded wires.
Leroy Black had this 1/2a out. I know it's been posted on other forums but it has to be seen to be believed.
I spent most of my day timing carrier flights. It was the first time I've seen that discipline in person. I think I need to build a carrier model for next years contest.

Had chance to catch the end of the scale contest today and have couple more goodies.
