Powerpak o-forty-five reed question.
Hello all, I have a disassembled powerpak o-forty-five. Does anyone know the order of assembly for the double reed? Not much info on the ground. Would much appreciate any help available.
Thanks in advance,
Bob

Thats a tough one, never saw one apart or an exploded view in a manual. Heck I've never seen a manual for those period.

Not sure if it will help you any but we have an O-Forty-Five manual available to download on the Instruction Sheets page. Its a poor example of a manual but when zoomed in on it, you can read everything. If anyone ever gets a manual that they wouldn't mind scanning and sending in, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the. Replies, guys yeah an exploded view would be nice! There's four pieces, two thin Mylar (?), one metal all shaped like a reverse keyhole and then a metal washer. They all have a little notch in them that corresponds to a tab in the crankcase.

Thanks so much to all, especially Mudhen! Now to know where the fourth item, the corresponding "metal washer" with notch, goes. Out of town, but will photograph an exploded view of this and put on this thread when I get home.

Here's an exploded view of what I've got. Please note washer with notch above reeds. Anyone know where that belongs? Again, thanks to all especially Mudhen.

Would you mind if I exchanged our current one with yours?
