I'm not sure, but some of the buildings may have been leveled or the addresses were changed. This is what I get when I type in the addresses.

Re: Cox Center Advertisement
If all those maps slow anyone's connection down, let me know, I'll move them into their own topic.
Re: Cox Center Advertisement
Those maps and pictures really are interesting I am very interested in cox history at the moment especially prototype engines and papers.
Re: Cox Center Advertisement
you would even be interested in a half eaten bread of someone, who worked the mills at cox 30 years ago, right???

Hmm not really but once found a hair inside a nib tee dee .010 from 1963 and i though that was a bit creep it was wedges between the tank and the crankcase sort of like a gasket lol
Re: Cox Center Advertisement
eeeww, i guess someone had a pretty bad itch while assembling the engines...didn't the company require their people
to wear hair nets at the assembly line???

It was blonde!!!
I should get forensics in I think
If a hair falls the right way a hairnet won't stop is as hairs are so thin.

I am blonde and wear hair nets at work on the assembly line
Maybe Myron A. Wick's III hair! That has to be worth more than a half-eaten bread crumb to someone somewhere!
I found this here somewhere I forget
Where is the space-age building in the artists rendering complete with palm trees, I like that one the best but I dont think it ever existed.

Re: Cox Center Advertisement
doesn't that resemble this building today? 1505 East Warner Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705
Re: Cox Center Advertisement
Yep, same fire hydrant.
It sure got a nice facelift. I'm still not seeing a nice big "COX" logo on the front of the building somewhere. I sure would have enjoyed a tour of the place.
It's a pretty cool looking building though. I like it.
