Anyone going over to New Jersey on Sunday?  I'll be there with some Foxes and some stuff to sell like a Brodak Firewater kit, a 1950 Fox 29R, a Super Atom, an Enya 29 III Super Typhoon, and some of Tim Dannels' AMEE books.  And oh yeah, since this is a Cox forum, my twin carb Teepee, but just for looking.GSCB meet this Sunday Img_3610

Hello Bill, my son Shawn and I will be attending. Lyle Spiegel is another forum member here that generally makes the swap. Bill Steklenski is another forum member here that will also be attending. This is my favorite swap meet. I have to thin the herd . Last year I was able to sell 5 of my planes and I hope I can do that this weekend. I need the space. I like to get there early and acquire a table while my Shawn does the investigating, he's very good at that. There should be at least 6 of us from the Philly Fliers but hopefully more. See you there. This type of event is something that I've always wanted to attend. I've never really been to one. It's so much better to be able to "handle" an item that you're interested in buying/trading. I'm not an eBay buyer (or seller.. for that matter) Aside from this forum; most of the second-hand model items that have come my way, were either handed-down through family.. or sourced via a personal (local) meeting with the seller.. and usually through "word of mouth".

It's always great to meet modelers "face to face" that you'd only had contact with through the internet. I hope that you guys connect.. and enjoy the time spent!
