Will my cox glow plug work in a testors fast ones car?

Not a chance. If you can't get a Testor/Wen-Mac glow head you're going to have to machine out an old burned out one for a plug or buy an adapter from Mecoa. http://www.mecoa.com/acc/adaptors/index.htm
Also, be advised that even with your glow head problem solved, getting an old gummed up Fast One car to run is probably going to have a few other challenges. I'm pretty sure that's a "Pipe Bomb" engine set up. Good luck.

I'm waiting on that plug adapter in the mail, so I can use a regular nitro rc plug, that's what I'm going to try in my testors cars, thanks for the info

I would expect a performance drop with the glow plug adaptor, which is usually the case. Probably still run good enough for what you want. Testors glow heads come up pretty regularly on ebay, although they can be expensive. It's sometimes cheaper to buy junk engines for a few dollars and chance getting a decent head that way.
