Very poor internet here. Internet and computers in library are brilliant but I didn't have log in details with me.

Both JPG and PNG work. If photo file size is too large, uploader engine won't process. I use photo editing software to reduce pixel density to width 1536 pixels or less and size to below 800 KB. Then they upload.
