Guppy 2 channel rc airplane build
hello, i decided that i would post my very first build thread the airplane is called the "Guppy" its designed for a "Ace pulse commander Baby or twin Radio" it has a auw of 8oz and a wingspan of 34" it is designed for a Cox .020 peewee running a 4"x2-1/2" prop
cant wait to start the build, i should have all the supplies on hand. Any and all suggestions are welcome as this is only my second scratchbuild from plans and not a kit
And please keep me on track, because i tend to give up on a model airplane build when the wings are complete
well, im off to trace all the parts so that i can cut them out

Re: Guppy 2 channel rc airplane build
Sounds like a good move Mitch.
When I am not totally enveloped in Cox engines I like to restore cars and motorcycles. Many a project car/bike went to the wayside only to be sold due to lack of focus.
I decided the best thing to do was to force myself to spend time on a project every night and finish at least one thing even if it was as small as adding a few bolts or connecting a few wires. That way I was always making Forward progress. Even if I only did it 10 minutes at a time.

she's coming along slowly but there has been progress on the build in the last day or so. I got 3 rolls of monocote for $8 and have all the parts cut out for the plane except the fuselage sides and move able part of the rudder and 2 ribs for the wing
