help with peewee crankcase

help with peewee crankcase
i have a cox .020 with a high comp teedee cyl head and the crankcase seems to have a burr where the crankcase meets the back plate. How do i fix this?

I don't think the knurled TD glowhead is any different than the regular one.
As to the crankcase...... Just lap (sand) the case on on a flat surface preferably a piece of sheet glass and the burr should all but dissapear. Use very fine grit wet dry paper.

I use 800 or 1000 grit for that operation.

I would go 800 or more like Rusty suggested.
Take a look at the combustion chamber and compare it with a regular head. You'll see what I mean.
