Some guy in NC built this little hot rod and named it after the tether cars.

The office is cluttered. Must be a pain to drive with that huge pedal seperation. I wonder what the 3rd master cylinder is for? I am assuming brake and clutch for 2 of them. Very cool car though.

Maybe for the dual-circuit brake, so 2 mastercylinder for brake in total?

I wondering about the whishbones that are connected to the body, have never seen something like that before.

Good morning all,

It has a 4 cyl Pinto engine. You have to drive it with the gear stick between your legs.
Here are some more pictures:

I think this engine got a bigger bore, because the bigger pinto is a 2 L engine. In this car the engine is 2.3 L.

Those are radius arms. They locate the suspension in the fore-aft direction while allowing the wheels to go up and down. There is a reason they are not just V shaped. The curve at the ends with the single heim joint allows some give to accommodate the two wheels moving independently, since the axle can't twist enough to allow that. On the early Ford Bronco's this was done with C bushings where the radius arms fastened to the axle. By tuning how much give the radius arms have, the effect of an anti-roll bar is obtained at no extra weight.
