cylinder anyone see these?
Guy's see these here they have the slits but also have the top notched so you can use the cox wrench on these cylinders anyone know what these are?

Sure start cylinder. The unmilled top fin dual slit cylinders are somewhat rare especially if they don't have plier marks.

I must have like maybe 15 of them without the cut out fin at the top. so could you use this type in a cox car?

Yes, you can if the throttle ring fits. You need to remove the cylinder with a leather belt wrapped around the cylinder and a pliers. This prevents plier marks on the fins.
