Cox "Special .15" TD
Well, I'm not on here too often, and I am a "new" member, so take that for what it's worth. I can provide references to feedback on RCGroups and eBay if it would help you feel better as well.
Anyway, I recently acquired a Cox .09 TD to go with my .010, .020, .049, and .051 TDs, and I've come to the realization that I happen to "need" a Cox .15 TD "Special .15" to round out the collection. I'm looking for a nice, used example that might need a bit of cleaning and a new venturi body or something to get going, in order to help keep the costs down. It does need to run well, however, because part of the reason I'm not looking for a pristine example is that I want to run them all on models at some point.
Anyway, I'm looking for either a MKI or MKII version of the Special .15, though my guess is the MKI will cost a little less (correct me if I'm wrong). I don't want the ball-and-socket TD with the thin-wall cylinder, as again, I'd like to run them all from time to time without a constant fear of cracking the cylinder.
I may consider a Medallion if I can't locate a reasonably priced Special, but I'd really rather round out the TD collection as a whole. If you, or anyone you know, happens to have a nice, but used, non-collection grade Special .15 that they'd be willing to sell for a reasonable price, please let me know. Thank you!

Re: Cox "Special .15" TD
Got one. Now I just need a few burned out plugs to convert to Nelson plug heads...
