Another diesel in need of TLC but fortunately not much. It is siezed but all signs point to this being castor canker.

A quick warm with a heat gun, some fresh fuel and a run should free it before a good clean.

It has the infamous spring starter - most removed these. Flick starting with one of these attached turned it into a finger ripper!
