anyone have experience with Tactic receiver and/or transmitters?
anyone have experience with Tactic receiver and/or transmitters? SLT or otherwise? I am so frustrated trying to link a simple TR324 receiver to a anylink add-on to my Futaba 6a, says here it works, but I can't make the 2 work. I can make the Futaba-anylink bind with a Dromida Ominus quadcopter, but all the channels are mixed up. I just want to cut my losses and make the stupid anylink work with any stupid Tactic receiver so I don't feel so stupid. It is probably asking too much for 2 tactic parts to work together.
help.

I don't know the exact model or transmitter, but a friend of mine has trashed his Tactic "bind n fly" after losing ( crashing ) two of his airplanes (ARF's). He says he doesn't trust it anymore with the little short antenna on the receiver. Said both planes did the same thing, from level flight they rolled right and went straight down into the dirt, blam, dead plane. He is now into drones and has some really great video of his house and flying field. That's all I know about "tactic". I do have 8 different Futaba radios each for 8 different planes which I haven't flown in years, cause I don't want to spent the fortune it would cost to put new batteries in each of the "old" new style ( gold) transmitters. What I would like is a one radio I could use to control 8 or 10 of the channels on the existing receivers in these old planes. With out havering to take out a mortgage. .....new strings for the CL are still within my budget!!

I use a Spektrum DX6i transmitter and cheap lemonRX or OrangeRX receivers, $5 to $12 each, for up to 10 planes. The newer Spektrum transmitters can handle up to 20 models, helicopters or planes.

Re: anyone have experience with Tactic receiver and/or transmitters?
I have used the Anylink with my Spectrum DX8 with no problems.
I got the Anylink free with a couple of RTF models being sold off that were already kitted out with receivers.
