Postage stamp backplate mount?

Re: Postage stamp backplate mount?
The mounts were mailed out to a couple of CEF members. Unfortunately sending one to Canada was cost prohibitive. So if you can get some 1 inch aluminum square tubing you can fabricate one with a hack saw, drill press, rotary tool and files. I'm posting a rough drawing of the dimensions. Where there's no measurement it's the stock 1 inch. You can convert some of the dimensions to fractions if it will make it easier for you. The square hole on the firewall mount side is optional. you can just drill a large hole if you want. Also the slots on the sides are also optional as the weight savings are minimal. Sorry the measurement 1.65" should be 1.065"
Thanks

Here is my mount in use thanks to Coxaddict. I just had to put it to use to show off my new engine for some type of car, plane or boat. I haven't figured that part out yet.
