All,

One of my TeeDee 051s has a cracked Carb Body; whilst I will probably replace this with either an aluminium or plastic one, because I intend to use this in a CL stunter I am toying with the idea of putting a Medallion 049 carb body on it to possibly improve reliability of fuel draw.

Anyone got any experience of doing this?

Yes, it works fine. Your going to sacrifice power a bit due to lesser choke area. The TD will also offer better fuel draw in doing so.
