Lesson learned

Lesson learned
I recently purchased a new medallion .15 cylinder/piston combo to go on a sportsman .15. It won't fit! The portion that threads into the case is just slightly to large. I thought I could at least use the new piston and play with shortening the old one for spi, but the piston is also slightly larger and won't fit in the old cylinder.

Re: Lesson learned
Is your medallion set with a wist pin? Those pistons are larger for some reason. Also the medallion cylinder only has one transfer port so performance would be lower.
You will need to find an Olympic, sportsman, or an early TD set to work in your sportsman.
What is wrong with your original sportsman set?

Re: Lesson learned
No pin. Nothing wrong just want more power. Sportsman is single ported as well but lacks spi.
