Norvel/NV 15 head wrench wanted. Bought a wrench from NV!!!

Bill, I made mention on Stunthangar of Alex . He was the US contact for NV. Here's his email address. Klondike17@juno.com I also mentioned that Sig would be the other try. Sig had dozens of these for a long time. When they re did the website they no longer listed the Norvel parts. It certainly would be worth asking. You also made mention of a piston/cylinder. I would bet that a simple lapping of the head button is in order and a good tightening. It's also a common practice with these to use rtv on the threads prior to tightening the head clamp.

Yes I read your post, but I had problems with Alex years ago, and prefer to avoid any further contact with him.

I have also heard from more than one source that Dimitri bought out the remaining NV parts, and was selling them off. Anyway, it's too long a story to go into here, and I'd rather find the parts I need elsewhere. If you want more details I can send you a PM.

Thanks for the SIG recommendation. I used to check their Norvel remaining parts lists, but figured they were no longer offering them as the lists seem to be long gone.

Someone in my local contacts may also have the wrench, but I need to contact one of our other club members, as I have not been to the field in many months.

Also appreciate the tips on Norvel/NV noted problems, and will keep those in mind.
