Came home from work today to find a tiny little surprise sitting on my back porch from Cox Intl! Was not expecting this engine in so soon, but I'm certainly not complaining!

Still don't know what colors itt'l get, but I can worry about that later. Half tempted to try to find smaller main wheels(Those are what's recommended for the kit), but those tall, narrow ones might make grassy landings pretty easy, so I may keep 'em.

Inverted engine mounting, partially to keep the future FPV camera clean, partially to avoid having to ruin the top hatch and nose structure by carving a big ol' clearance slot in both. Also extended some of the wood strip I used to make the mount down, idea is the majority of the slime will hit that, run down the bottom, and discharge into the airstream instead of flood back into the fuse.

Gave it a 2oz DuBro fuel tank, using all three ports. Fuel dot on the side will make this quite easy to top up. Tank centerline is roughly on the crank centerline so it should pull fuel just fine despite the feed line climbing up like that, as it dives back down again to reach the mixer.

And here we can see the throttle, the throttle servo, and that I still have access to everything I'll need to run the engine. Just have to flip it onto its back for startup and adjustment.

Any suggestions for a relatively simple livery that would look nice?
