who can help me find a adapter that allows me to put a normal glow plug on a 020 engine

Well, you can go rattle the cages over on https://kamtechnik.com/ and see if you can get one or two to fall out.
We, myself and I been waiting for Greg to crank out a few on his super CNC machine, but I think life has got in the way.. Maybe someday soon
IIRC 1/2a Nut did some bench testing on some, or was that on the QueenBee 074/ Td09.heads?

I have tested prototypes A thru G the last round the adapter out of the package
produced the most power with a stock 4.5x2 prop to date exceeding a cox plug
by 404 rpm tested the same day after cool down. Best readings after the engine
had settled into a consistent thermal state. Took 3 shims so need to adjust the
adapter to 2 shims and tweak the surface transition to the plug face. I sent him
email to see what's cooking.
