I'm currently using one in a Ringmaster. Great engines, mine took some running in however. One of the fellows in the club just pulled out a brand new red head version and started break in. I also have the Merco .61.

Strangely, I have exactly the same muffler (acquired in a bunch of stuff- no engine) and it fits a McCoy .35 like it was built for it. I have to say, it's only good for fulfilling muffler requirements. It really does very little to quieten the engine.
I have always kept a lookout for a Merco engine to suit my muffler Laughing

I remeber the Merco 35 being popular as a stunt engine here in the 60's. When the rule came in for silencers to be fitted, I am not sure anyone paid much attention to noise reduction - it was just directed behind the engine.
