Should be some enjoyable flying!
Thanks guys!
Brad, the yellow bird with the MP-JET .061 weighs 538 grams (without fuel), with the fuel hovering around 558 grams.
The red bird has been slightly lighter, it is also evident the difference in weight between the Norvel .074 and the MP-Jet .061 (the latter heavier)
Eric, this afternoon God willing I will go to try .... I will surely be making a video .... I am with you !!

Alright folks, here is my first flight record with the Mini Bird and the Norvel .074. Everything turned out very well ... it's another great setup.
On the other hand I must say that the Norvel .074 is very quiet and really powerful. His gait is very reliable.
I should point out that many engines in these parts are not known, not even by name and that it is a pleasure for me to have experience in these lands, being able to really and with total sincerity verify the quality of many entrepreneurs, engineers and people with ideas , which have achieved products of excellence

That plane / engine leaped off the grass!
The engine was propped to rev up fast and pull strong, it was off the ground quick.
Great power to weight ratio as expected, good for acro / fun fly plane.
6.75x4N
Rolling out at 15,180 rpm / 154w / 21.5oz thrust est. / 57.4 mph pitch speed
Unloaded level passes from 19,541 to 20,187 / 76.4 mph pitch speed

Mini Bird
Hello friends, seeing these last few days the videos uploaded by Mauricio and his Mini Bird, to this website, I have decided to get the plan in Outerzone, and begin to specify it.
I still did not decide which engine to put on it. Surely I will start with a Cox Tee Dee .051 to know the flight of the model, and then take it to a Cox .09 both engines with throttle ring.
Soon I share more progress. Best regards to all and good flights!

Hi dochoa (Diego), that's good news, motivating model aircraft to spread is great.
The Mini Bird model is a very good flier, has a lot of acrobatic capacity and an ease of flight even without an engine. You are in a beautiful project that you will see good results!
You can fit there from a .049 to a .09 which you will enjoy in all engine ranges.
I will be attentive to your progress! Good luck with such a spectacular model airplane!
