Nice Ride! Cool and economical transportation. Kick-butt on the NOS! you flying. I (used to) have a 1977 PUCH two speed that I used to ride around the neighborhood a decade or two back. Grand-kid dragged it outta the Barn with intentions of getting it running again. Haven't seen it since. your "fun Fact" about the Cessna Wings seems to hold true with the COx models also. I guess once you have a good airfoil, no since in changing it. Thanks for the Video it was enjoyable>

I don't think it needs to be registered But it is fact that it falls into the category of mopeds bike It's cool bike me I had an old jawa moped bike that look like those cofe racer bike I couldn't get it to work. It has no spark i try change couple of parts coill cdi box He had too much to do it was getting too expensive for what it was I got rid of it i like better électrique this bike has modified power contrôler esc url=https://servimg.com/view/20167092/1241][/url]

Wit this 3 speed more it has more power and axcelerate faster than a 80cc scooter This one too I got rid of with the batteries which had more problems it uses 6 very expensive ones I kept the (engine wheel )modified with the control box at $1000

Short answer, no, but long answer is yes.
In Washington you do have to register it as a motor driven cycle. It doesn’t have a speed limit but has to be below 5HP, needs headlights, a horn, and a tail light. I believe it needs to wear a plate too. With this though, you can go on roads with it. A motorcycle license is required since it’s essentially a lower class of motorcycle. Imo I think that’s a really great way of handling these since some people want to go faster than 25mph and 50CCs like in Arizona. Arizona allows them to legally be on sidewalks however. One does not have to register it with Arizona.

Yes it is electric that grean bike was way to fast with a modified control unit and the big Motor the big thing wit wire is a sort of esc that the modified control unit full programmable Contrôleur Kelly -72V. 70A - 160A tink its illégal To make modification I tried it's fast
But it drains the batteries too fast look carfuly the batry pack is pufed it as inflated so mutch the batry was lock inside the frame

Nice video.  This province we are not allowed any gas powered bikes without insurance and a plate which required an annual fee up until this week.  Even a Moped needs insurance which is about $500 a year, so really you may as well just get a real motorcycle.  Had a Tomas Moped with a 2 speed trans which went 60 KPH that I liked but sold it because I needed the room, and really did not want to insure it.  Just ran up and down the rural street once in a while till I moved more into town.  Have an old old O and R  Ohlson and Rice motor which bolts onto a bicycle.  Never attempted to mount it because of the licensing hurdles.  Electric bikes here have a regulated max of 500 watts before needing insurance and plates.  I had a Gio 350 watt scooter for a time, but it only went 24 KPH an I really did not feel safe in it with other drivers whizzing by, I think they were angry sometimes, as I would be too.  The Moped was OK at 60 KPH.  It really was not blocking traffic even on the rural roads with a 80 KPH or 50 mph speed limit. The electric Gio was just lead gel cell and worked ok for what it was.  Just needed a bit more speed.

That o&r bike engine sounds interesting... would definitely be cool to see it in action

I can't imagine it being very good for much. It rubs on the tire much like another electric version I picked up many years ago. I think that when they are wet they don't work at all because of slippage, and the tires wear quickly. It would be cool to fire up the motor though.
