The second Gilbert AirFlash

The second Gilbert AirFlash
AKA Air Trash,,,,,,,,Maybe, lot's to like but that weird engine. Had to rob a needle off one of my other engines as the original was missing. Repaired mount enabled me to retain the engine that came with it.
Gilbert did a great job with the fuel tank, direct line to the NVA and positioned and held in place perfectly. Everything pretty straightforward and easy to disassemble and reassemble, if you have an extra arm.
Horizontal stab/elevator repair turned out well. Cleaned off the broken parts that I should have cleaned prior to gluing with Simple Green. Repair seems strong and took some abuse while cleaning it up. Attached the broken elevator by drilling a 1/32 hole in the elevator and wiring it to the stab. Rinky dink but it's not as visible as any other repair and it works well.
I still need windshields and the proper decals, but both are flyable as it.
