Nice. A very nice and clean looking diesel, but at the same time looks almost 'complicated' with the accessories on it, ie. muffler, rear needle, engine mount, spring starter, and what I am assuming is a throttle control on the rear sticking up.

Well, this engine has all the added accessories on it that you could purchase for it at the time back in about 1960's.
Here is a photo of the basic Enya .06 diesel rear induction engine.
Now the photo of the optional throttle valve control on an Enya .06 diesel rear induction engine.
Here is a website that has a seller with an Enya .06 diesel rear induction with the optional throttle control for sale.
Buy it now price at $270.00 plus shipping

And it doesn't have "all" the options, just the additional throttle control?

That is how the engine came when I purchased it. With all the extras.
All of it was in the usual Enya square box with instructions.
I have never seen one so complete with all of the extra options on one engine.
I have had engines with throttle control, or the different firewall mounts, or starter spring, locking lever (for the diesels), then only three with the muffler, and only two with spinner nuts.
