Bill Cannon's Half-A R/C Lil Streaker
Just found this on Outerzone, it is not the same design as in thread:
https://www.coxengineforum.com/t15700-1-2a-streaker-new-production-kits 1/2A Streaker - New Production Kits!
This has a similar layout as a low wing sport plane, but is a 1975 design by Bill Cannon, who also designed and sold small R/C mini-proportional R/C systems of the day. Back in 1979 while a college student, I built his kit version Cannon 410 4-channel mini system sold under the Charlie's R/C stencil (Charlie was his wife's nickname).

It sort of looks like a 37 inch wingspan Goldberg Half-A Skylark single engine version, but has full symmetrical ribs for the wing and uses a sheet stabilizer verus CG's built up, is overall simpler in construction. It originally suggested an OS Max .10R/C (older non-Schneurle) or Cox .09 R/C (Medallion or Tee Dee with throttle ring), but I anticipate that most here would opt for a .049 or .051 Tee Dee, Norvel .061 or .074, Thunder Tiger GP-07 or other high performance half-A engine.
(Yeah, I know, .051, .061, .07, .074 are technically "A" sized engines.)
Anyway, just sharing in case someone is interested.
