well got a big slice off the top of my thumb,just didnt think it would start up right away its a new engine i got from cribbs didnt take into account that i was running a bigger prop,one flip and it was running run real well thanks again ron took that piece meat off before i even new it,its an .09 gonna have to go kill the pain now:dammit:Beer Cheersdrunken

Sorry to hear that. I make sure all my engines run well though. I believe I mentioned the .09 was powerful.......Wink

funny,
i've been bitten by all the cox's at one time or another....the .010 is the meanest of the bunch tho tongue

but anything bigger sees a starter..........

especially this one,

nice!

that reminds me of trying to start a Jett on my Q500 years ago, i was in a hurry to get a test flight in and i forgot to use a stick to flip prop past compression side (they where really tight) prior to using the starter....sliced two fingers wide open on sharp APC prop!

Luckily that was the worst prop damage i 've ever had...yet.
