Re: OS .10 FSR Parts
Does anyone know which of these .10 FSR parts would also suit a .10 FP?

I did but got no reply.
Thanks Ken, I had looked at that site before. Some parts are the same, some aren't. I know too little about the engine to be sure whether the parts I want will work.
So, I'm looking for a piston and liner for a .10FP. The local O.S. importer wants waaaaay too much for these items. I could easily find another engine for less.
I have mentioned this before. When I received this engine the compression was fine, but after trying to start it the compression seems to have vanished. Are these a chromed piston or chromed bore? Can I try to lap it in?

Re: OS .10 FSR Parts
Out of all the FSR 10's I have seen, they were all iron piston /steel.

The FP engines are ABN, with a thin nickel coating on the cylinder. The nickel layer can indeed fall off but that will take some serious running to reach. I suggest that you take the engine appart to check was is really wrong with it.
The FSR is iron piston in a steel bore, and it has very little in common with the FP. I doubt anything will fit, appart from the carb and possibly the crank (I haven't checked).
Here are some pictures of the two;
