Cox Engine of The Month
TD/Medallion beam mount

TD/Medallion beam mount
Here are some pictures of a beam mount I made so as to be able to
change between my beam mounted Schlosser diesel and my Pee Wee.
It should be possible to make the same for TD and Reedies.
Model bulkhead is drilled and captive nuts fitted to suit reed engine
backplate in usual way. Fabricated beam mount backplate is drilled to match.
Thought it might be possible to laser cut the ply parts to make a little
kit. So if anybody had the inclination/contacts to make a few kits
and sell them I would be their first customer. John
