Sig Manufacturing fuel-order today
Hi folks, I wanted to share this with you all. Sig has fuel in stock.
My order;
SIGCO AA castor-oil Qt. $12.26................................ x1=$12.26
SIGCF016 Champion-glow 25% nitro Qt. $8.81........... x2=$17.62
SIGCF007 Champion-glow 35% nitro QT. $10.49..........x2=$20.98
sub-total =$50.86
shipping from Montezuma, IA to N. Smithfield, RI 02896.......................................................................=$9.95
Order-total.....................................................................................................................................=$60.81
I specifically asked if these items were in stock and was told "yes".. and that they should ship on Friday of this week.
Many of you may not know that there is a "Hazmat" shipping-charge on GALLONS of material that meet Hazmat guidelines. Ordering "QUARTS" of the same materials... evades this charge.
SIG has always delivered for me. I ordered a quart of "castor-oil" to do some custom glow fuel-blending for "running" some of my vintage glow-fuel engines that need the extra protection that castor-oil can provide.

Re: Sig Manufacturing fuel-order today
I have run Sig Champion 25 fuel in my Cox engines exclusively for many years. I get it in the quart bottles for the reasons mentioned above and then mix about 1.5oz additional castor oil in each qt bottle to goo it up a touch just because it makes me feel better. It's a good enough compromise for all my Cox engines from .010 to .09. Sig has always been friendly to deal with and their fuel has served me and my engines well. They are good folks!

Prepare to be amazed.
New fuel makes a significant difference in starting, also running for that matter.

Re: Sig Manufacturing fuel-order today
I'm lucky to have a friend in the Indiana Skyliners CL Club. They do a club order every spring. I got 10 gallons of Champion %10 at $10.50 a gallon with no hazmat fee. I also got 2 gallons of Champion %25 for $14.00 each. We burned it all last season so I'll be I'll be doing the same again this year. Most don't need that much but I know we'll use it and you will never find it cheaper than that.
